Financial District

This subchapter starts off with a bunch of enemies in the area. It’s possible to kill all of them without triggering the alarm although it’s very difficult.

Optional Conversation 19

After taking out all the enemies, go over to the tree with the thief hanging from the tree. Ellie will have optional conversation 19 with you about it.

There are some parts in the building with the elevator on the left.

Artifact 41—Fireflies Note

In the building on the right, look in the back for a room with some dead bodies. On the ground, you’ll find artifact 41—Fireflies Note.

On the second floor of the building next to the coffee are supplies. When you’re ready to leave, there’s a garage-style gate in the back left corner of the map.

As soon as you walk in, look to the right and on the ground you’ll find parts. Up a ramp on the other side of the room, you’ll find supplies.

When you’re ready to leave, interact with the cart Ellie propped the door open with and use it to get up to the next area.

Workbench 5

On the other side, you’ll find supplements and workbench 5.

When you’re ready, hop over the desk and witness a cutscene. Afterwards, take the door on your left. Head up the stairwell and hide behind the door if you don’t want to engage the enemy. They’ll eventually go down the stairwell.

Artifact 42—Final Attack Note

In the office space at the end of the hall it artifact 42—Final Attack Note—laying on the floor under a desk.

Artifact 43—Mob Attack Note

Now head outside and down into the street. This next area has trip wires and explodes if you touch them similar to Bill’s place. Enter the door by the police car and head up stairs. Take out the 3 guys upstairs and look for artifact 43—Mob Attack Note—under the reception desk.

Take the stairs down on the side of the building with the reception desk and head up the road towards a broken down tank. There are 3 guys in this area so take them out.

Artifact 44—Truck Note

In the building on the right, you’ll find Artifact 44—Truck Note—laying on a counter.

Shiv Door 7

In the back area is shiv door 7 which contains supplies, parts, and supplements.

Also in the back area are shelves that contain supplies. When you’re ready to leave, boost Ellie up the ladder outside and then climb up and over.

Optional Conversation 20

On the right, look for a banner that says, “Military Preparatory School“. Wait around for Ellie to have optional conversation 20 with you.

Optional Conversation 21

Right behind you is a sign for Dawn of the Wolf part 2. Wait around for Ellie to get optional conversation 21.

There are some supplies by the rubbish next to the Dawn of the Wolf sign. Go down the alleyway and jump through an open window on the right. There are 2 guys in the building. Outside the building on the opposite side is another enemy. Take him to and then cross the street and go into the next building. Some more guys will come out.

Once you leave this building, the turret truck in the middle of the road will start shooting at you. There’s no way to avoid it even if you remained hidden up until this point. Go around the back alley and snake your way around into a building and then head up stairs.

The room on the right has ammo in a drawer. The left room continues the story. You need to jump out the window onto a ledge. Then head up stairs and through a window. There are some parts in the first room and supplements in the bathroom. In the next room, jump out the window and shimmy your say across the ledge and into another window.
