The Hospital
There are a ton of enemies in this first area. It’s possible to completely avoid everyone if you have the skill. Make your way to the back corner. The enemy generally faces away from this corner so you can use that knowledge to know where to go. Make it down a hallway and into an area with a door. Once you go through the door, go upstairs.
Artifact 82—Surgeon’s Recorder
At the top, just as you walk through the door, you’ll find artifact 82—Surgeon’s Recorder.
Artifact 83—Marlene’s Recorder 1
From the surgeon’s recorder, go to the right into a room with artifact 83—Marlene’s Recorder 1. There are supplies in this room if you need them.
Shiv Door 13
The closed door near the surgeon’s recorder is shiv door 13—the final shiv door.
Firefly Pendant 30—Bryony Stewart-Seume
Inside the shiv door, you’ll find supplies, supplements, ammo, and firefly pendant 30—Bryony Stewart-Seume—the final firefly pendant.
Artifact 84—Marlene’s Journal
Exit the shiv door and then turn left and then turn left again to reach an area with a tent off to the right. Inside the tent, you’ll find artifact 84—Marlene’s Journal.
Look for a sign that says surgery and head towards it. There will be guards to the left. This is the final fire fight so take them out however you wish. You can sneak by if you stay to the right.
Once you exit via the double doors at the end, Joel will block it with a container.
Artifact 85—Marlene’s Recorder 2
Go to the first room on your right and look for artifact 85—Marlene’s Recorder 2—laying by the bed.
Now run down the hallway into the surgery room. You’re required to kill the doctor. You can spare the nurses or kill them if you want.
In the next area you simply have to make your way to an elevator. If you see guards, don’t go that way and you’ll eventually find the elevator. Once you find the elevator, a cutscene will play and that’s the end of this chapter.
