Artifact 16—Firefly Orders

Head down the stairs. At the bottom, turn right and get artifact 16—Firefly Orders from the dead soldier on the ground.

Near the bottom of the stairs is a garbage bin. Roll near the yellow caution tape and use it to climb up.

Firefly Pendant 6—Melinda Davidson

In front of the Capitol Building is a small rotunda. Inside you’ll find firefly pendant 6—Melinda Davidson.

Head inside the Capitol Building. After a cutscene, you’ll be in another room with stairs leading up on both sides. The right side is blocked. There are some supplies on a table between the two sets of stairs.

Go up the left set of stairs. There’s only one way to go so just keep going. You’ll see Tess down below. In the next room, there are some supplies to the left and around the podium near the front of the room. Jump out the side of the room and land below.

New Weapon—Hunting Rifle

In the next room, you’ll see two doors. Between them is a new weapon—Hunting Rifle. It’s possible to sneak by all these guys if you are patient and go straight. There are some supplies around but you’ll waste a lot of ammo and possibly health trying to get it. Just stick to the right wall and press forward when you can. If you get stuck, check out this video.

Once you’re passed the guy at the back, head down stairs. At the bottom, are more guys. Walk quickly to the left side and then crouch behind some crates. Wait for 3 guys to come and then press forward. There are two more guys in this room. Wait for them to get out your way and then continue outside.

Once outside, look for some stairs leading down. At the bottom of the stairs on the right are some supplies. After a short cutscene, go left around the guys in the subway. Then follow the tracks.

When you get into the water and can’t go any farther, dive below the surface and look for an opening.

Artifact 17—Smuggler Note

When you pop back up, look for a ledge on the left. Climb out of the water and look for a corpse. You’ll find artifact 17—Smuggler Note on the ground next to the corpse.

Firefly Pendant 7—Shiyao Jiang

Down the stairs by the Smuggler Note is firefly pendant 7—Shiyao Jiang. You’ll have to swim into the water. It’s on some shelves inside a room.

Backtrack and head left farther down the tunnel. At the end, you’ll find a pallet. Bring it over to Ellie. She’ll hop on. Bring Ellie to the other side. She’ll drop a ladder. Climb up the ladder and then make your way out of the building.
